Job Description

Greeting

Welcoming visitors and clients, and directing them to the correct person or office

Phone calls Answering and transferring phone calls, taking messages, and screening calls

Mail Receiving, sorting, and delivering mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries

Appointments Scheduling meetings and appointments

Administrative tasks Performing clerical tasks like filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing

Office supplies Maintaining and ordering office supplies

Security Controlling access to the office and monitoring and recording the details of everyone who enters

Customer service Providing exceptional customer service assistance and responding to customer inquiries in a polite and timely manner

Reception area Maintaining and stocking the reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner


Key skills



Excellent verbal and written communication skills



Strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.



Proficient in using office software, including Microsoft Office Suite.



Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
