Meraki Habitats LLP is looking for a friendly, presentable, and well-organized Receptionist / Front Desk Executive to be the first point of contact for our office. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to manage front desk operations smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner
Handle incoming calls, messages, and emails efficiently
Maintain visitor registers and follow office security protocols
Coordinate meetings and appointments with internal departments
Manage courier services, incoming and outgoing mail, and packages
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
Assist the HR and Admin teams with basic documentation and coordination work
Support in organizing office meetings, events, and travel arrangements as required
Eligibility & Requirements
Bachelor's degree or diploma in any discipline
1-3 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Executive, or similar role
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Good interpersonal skills with a pleasant personality
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
Customer-service mindset with a positive and proactive attitude
