We are looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist / Booking Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling phone inquiries, booking seating arrangements on buses, entering data accurately, and managing the reception area. This is a customer-facing role that requires excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively. Key Responsibilities: Answer phone calls and assist customers with booking bus seats and travel inquiries. Accurately enter booking information and relevant data into the system. Manage and confirm seat reservations, ensuring the accuracy of travel dates, times, and passenger details. Greet and assist walk-in customers with their bookings and any inquiries. Maintain the reception area in a professional and welcoming manner. Provide general administrative support to other departments as needed. Ensure all booking and reception-related paperwork is filed and organized correctly. Handle customer concerns and escalate issues as necessary to the appropriate department.
