The Front Office Receptionist is responsible for providing excellent customer service to visitors, guests, and clients. The primary responsibility of the role is to manage the front desk, greeting guests, answering phone calls, and directing inquiries as required. The Front Office Receptionist will also be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing mail, managing booking schedules, and managing office supplies and equipment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required for the role to ensure effective communication with customers and clients. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, be highly organized, and be able to prioritize and multitask effectively. A friendly and approachable personality is essential for this position, as the Front Office Receptionist is often the first point of contact for visitors and the face of the organization.
