Receptionist

Key Responsibilities



Greet and welcome visitors, customers, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat Understand customer concerns and provide effective solutions Resolve complaints with patience, empathy, and accountability Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution
