Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Greet visitors and provide excellent customer service. Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical). Schedule meetings, appointments, and office events. Assist with data entry and record keeping. Track office supplies and place orders as needed. Coordinate with other departments to support administrative needs. Perform general clerical duties (scanning, photocopying, mailing).

Qualifications



High school diploma or equivalent . Effective communication ability. Basic Computer Knowledge. Excellent time-management and organizational abilities. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Smart and enthusiastic person.

Work Environment



Office-based role. Regular working hours (with occasional flexibility).
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?13,000.00 per month
