We are looking for a smart and professional Receptionist to manage our front desk at Vadakara. The receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring smooth communication and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a polite and professional manner.
Answer, screen, and forward phone calls promptly.
Manage front office operations, including handling inquiries and directing visitors to the right department.
Maintain visitor records and front desk security protocols.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, couriers, letters).
Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, data entry, and filing.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth day-to-day office operations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Graduate (preferred).
Prior experience in reception/administration is an added advantage.
Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling).
Pleasant personality, customer-friendly, and well-organized.
