We are seeking a friendly, professional, and well-organized female receptionist to be the first point of contact at our academy. The receptionist will be responsible for welcoming students, parents, and visitors, handling phone calls, managing front-desk operations, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily functioning of the academy.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist students, parents, and visitors in a polite and professional manner.
Handle incoming phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate departments.
Maintain student records, attendance logs, and registration details.
Assist in scheduling classes, meetings, and appointments.
Manage front-desk operations including email communication, documentation, and filing.
Provide information about courses, schedules, and academy policies.
Coordinate with faculty and staff for administrative support.
Handle cash/fee collection and maintain receipts (if applicable).
Ensure the reception area is clean, welcoming, and organized.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum qualification: Graduate or Diploma (preferred in Administration/Office Management).
Previous experience as a receptionist or front office executive (preferred, not mandatory).
Good communication skills in English and local language.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer knowledge.
Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
