Job Responsibilities:



Welcome clients to the centre and make them feel comfortable. Handle customer enquires - Phone, email, WhatsApp Resolve customer complaints, support with follow up session booking, cancellation, send session reminders. Manage calendar of all clients. Collect payment and management of billing. Maintaining the database of the clients on a regular basis. Suggesting solutions based on clients needs and requirements.

Requirements :



Work experience as a receptionist. Tele caller experience give an advantage. great interpersonal skills. Exceptional oral and written communication skills. Exceptional attention to detail. Hard-working individual. Good time management abilities.
