Answer and route phone calls, emails, and messages.
Maintain the reception area and ensure it is neat and welcoming.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
Handle incoming/outgoing mail, courier services, and basic administrative tasks.
Maintain visitor logbooks and issue visitor passes.
Provide administrative support to HR/Admin team as required.
