We are looking for a female Receptionist who can efficiently manage front office duties and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate should have good communication and interpersonal skills, be fluent in Hindi (English knowledge preferred), and maintain a polite and professional attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff courteously.
Handle incoming phone calls and route them to the concerned departments.
Maintain visitor records and manage the front desk area.
Support basic office administration tasks such as filing, data entry, and documentation.
Handle correspondence, emails, and messages as directed.
Assist in daily office operations and coordination tasks.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the reception area.
Requirements:
Female candidates preferred.
Fluent in Hindi (basic English communication is a plus).
Good communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, etc.) preferred.
Polite, presentable, and well-mannered personality.
Minimum qualification: 10+2 or Graduate.
Prior experience in a similar role will be an added advantage.
