- Candidate should be able to receive all the clients with a smile
- Candidate Should be able to report on time to the office daily.
- Candidate work timing will be 9:15 a.m to 6.30 p.m
- Maintain IT Hardware Systems
- Calls to be answered and connect to respective persons
- Employees Co-ordinations and HOD Coordinators
- Organise and maintain files and records; update when necessary
- Maintain Attendance Records, Stationery, Cafeteria Grocery, Voucher books
- Maintain updated records of bookings and payments
- Cell phone reimbursement
