Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous, professional manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean and presentable at all times.
Assist visitors by providing information and directing them to the appropriate person or department.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
Maintain visitor logs, attendance registers, and other front-office records.
Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
Provide administrative support such as filing, data entry, and document management.
Coordinate with internal teams for office supplies and other requirements.
