Key Responsibilities
Manage the front desk and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
Handle incoming/outgoing calls and maintain visitor records.
Schedule and manage appointments/meetings.
Handle office correspondence (emails, courier, letters, etc.).
Provide administrative and coordination support to different departments.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Positive attitude, pleasant personality, and good interpersonal skills.
Prior experience in front office/reception management (minimum 1 year) is a must.
