Sankalp Group are looking for a professional and well-organized
Receptionist
to manage our front desk, handle visitors, clients, and internal teams. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for the company and should possess excellent communication and administrative skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors warmly and professionally upon arrival.
Manage the front desk daily operations, ensuring a clean and organized reception area.
Answer incoming calls, address queries, and redirect calls to the appropriate departments.
Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and visitor entries.
Handle mail, couriers, and deliveries by sorting and distributing them appropriately.
Maintain visitor records, logs, and other documentation.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth communication and workflow.
Required Candidate Profile:
Female candidate Preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling).
Ability to multitask and handle front-office operations efficiently.
Professional grooming and presentation.
Prior experience as a receptionist or front office executive preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
