Role: Front Desk Receptionist

Responsibilities:
-Welcoming Visitors: Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and employees with a warm and friendly demeanor. Ensure they sign in and provide assistance as needed.
-Answering Calls: Manage the main telephone line, screen and route calls to the appropriate person or department, and take accurate messages when necessary.
-Maintaining Reception Area: Keep the reception area clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies. Ensure a welcoming and professional environment.
-Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to various departments as needed, including sorting and distributing mail, managing conference room bookings, and handling office equipment maintenance.
-Appointment Scheduling: Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference calls for employees and clients.
-Record Keeping: Maintain and update visitor logs, contact lists, and other records as required.
-Communication: Communicate effectively with all levels of staff, clients, and visitors, ensuring a high level of customer service.
-Handling Inquiries: Respond to inquiries and provide information about the company's products/services.
-Security: Monitor and grant access to the premises, ensuring the security and safety of the office.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using office equipment and software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with grace and composure.
- Dependable and punctual.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹24,732.94 per month
