Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, couriers, and posts).
Maintain visitor records, logbooks, and issue visitor passes.
Coordinate with staff for appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
Assist in scheduling interviews and supporting HR/administration activities.
Provide basic information to clients, employees, and visitors.
Handle inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department/person.
Support in office administration tasks such as maintaining stationery, petty cash, and filing.
Ensure compliance with security and safety protocols at the front desk.
