Roles & Responsibilities:
Greet customers in the store and assist them with their jewelry selection.
Address customer inquiries about products, pricing, and payment options.
Handle customer complaints, returns, and exchanges professionally and efficiently.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and obtain feedback.
Educate customers about different types of jewelry, gemstones, and designs.
Inform customers about on-going offers, new product launches, and special discounts.
Support in special events, exhibitions, and store promotions when required.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
Preferred any Bachelor's Degree.
Preferred Female candidate.
0-2 years of experience in customer service; experience in luxury retail or jewelry is an advantage.
Proficiency in Tamil; and good communication in English is an advantage.
Knowledge of precious metals, gemstones, and jewelry trends is a plus.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Good problem-solving abilities and a customer-first attitude.
