Relaying important messages and information between teachers, parents, and administration.
Administrative and clerical tasks

Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Photocopying and performing other office duties as required.
Support for staff and students
:
Providing general administrative support to teachers and other staff.
Assisting students with administrative needs.
Skills
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills are essential for interacting with diverse students and stakeholders.
Excellent organizational and time management skills are needed to handle multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
Flexibility to work, as needed, is often required for recruitment events and application reviews.
