Respond to emails and inquiries promptly
Maintain a log of messages and follow-ups
Appointment Scheduling
Coordinate meetings between clients and agents
Manage calendars to avoid conflicts and ensure efficiency
Administrative Support
Handle incoming/outgoing mail and courier packages
Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
Assist in preparing documents, contracts, and reports
Office Maintenance
Keep the reception area clean and presentable
Monitor office supplies and place orders when needed
Coordinate minor repairs and equipment servicing
Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
Friendly, professional demeanor with a customer-first attitude
Prior experience in real estate or administrative roles is a plus
Knowledge of real estate terminology is desirable
