Receptionist (Female) Ahmedabad (Memnagar + Bopal) With Prior Hospital Experience.
We are looking to hire a Receptionist with excellent communication skills.
The candidate should be confident and professional with good communication and interpersonal skills. Candidates must be able to comfortably work under pressure while multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment and can effectively react to patient emergencies.
Receptionist Responsibilities:
Fluency in English is Compulsory.
Greet and attend all patients in person and over the phone.
Professionally assist doctors, staff, visitors and patients.
Maintain all records at the front desk.
Answer all phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Maintain confidentiality of all doctor, staff and patient information.
Schedule appointments between doctors and patients.
Adhere to policy and procedures during all activates.
Assist with admissions/treatment as per agreed protocols.
IPD +OPD billings.
Complete accurate documentation of patient visits.
Requirements:
2 -3 years of experience in hospital / hospitality industry.
Must be willing to do rotational duties (9 Hours Duty in the span of 8 am to 8 pm).
Innovative thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and react effectively to emergency situations.
Ability to use discretion while working with sensitive information.
Good Communication skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
