We are looking for a
smart, customer-friendly Receptionist
to be the first point of contact for our visitors and to support our daily showroom operations.
Role: Receptionist
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and greet all walk-in customers
warmly and ensure a pleasant first impression at the Ebco Arena.
Manage the front desk
, handle incoming phone calls, and route inquiries to the appropriate team members.
Collect customer details
, understand their basic requirements, and update the information in Bigin CRM (training provided).
Guide visitors
to the right product sections (kitchen, wardrobe, hardware, office fittings) and coordinate with sales/technical staff.
Maintain the visitor logbook
, manage appointments, and assist in scheduling demos for interior designers, architects, and clients.
Ensure showroom neatness and organization
by following 5S standards and maintaining brochures, samples, and display materials.
Record customer feedback
and share it with the showroom manager for service improvement.
Support administrative tasks
such as documentation, basic billing coordination, and daily operational activities.
Requirements:
Minimum Education ;
Degree holders preferred.
0-2 years of experience
in receptionist, front desk, or customer service (freshers welcome).
Strong communication in Tamil
with basic English-speaking ability.
Pleasant personality
with good customer interaction and listening skills.
