We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused
Receptionist
to join our insurance agency. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients, providing excellent customer service while handling front-desk operations efficiently. This role requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional and polite manner
Answer incoming phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate department/person
Schedule client appointments and maintain appointment calendars
Assist clients with basic information regarding insurance plans, policy status, document requirements, and claim procedures
Manage front-desk activities including mail handling, documentation, and filing
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Assist the agency team with administrative tasks such as data entry, scanning, and updating customer records
Coordinate with insurance agents for follow-ups and client communications
Handle walk-in customers and guide them as needed
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all company policies and regulatory guidelines

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
