Dupro Consultants is looking for a well-presented and organized Receptionist to manage front-office operations and provide excellent administrative support. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors professionally and direct them to the appropriate departments.
Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and messages efficiently.
Maintain visitor records and ensure smooth front-desk operations.
Manage appointment scheduling and meeting room coordination.
Handle courier, correspondence, and document filing.
Assist the HR and Admin teams with day-to-day clerical and administrative tasks.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Provide general information about the company to visitors and callers.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in any discipline.
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Receptionist or Front Office Executive.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Pleasant personality, customer-oriented attitude, and good organizational skills.
