We are seeking a well-presented, courteous, and organized
Receptionist
to be the first point of contact at our luxury aesthetic clinic. The ideal candidate will create a warm and professional first impression while efficiently managing front-desk operations and client coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Greet clients warmly and ensure a seamless, welcoming clinic experience
Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and rescheduling
Handle incoming calls, messages, and inquiries professionally
Maintain client records, consent forms, and basic documentation
Coordinate with doctors and other staff

Handle billing, payments, and receipts as per clinic policy
Maintain front desk appearance and ensure a clean, organized reception area
Assist with client follow-ups and reminders
Handle client concerns politely and escalate when necessary
Requirements & Qualifications
Previous experience as a receptionist or front-desk executive (clinic / hospitality preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Well-groomed, professional appearance
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, clinic software, CRM)
Calm, polite, and client-focused attitude
