Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, well-organized, and customer-focused Receptionist / Front Desk Executive to manage our front office operations. The role involves welcoming guests, handling calls, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting daily administrative activities. Sunday will be a working day, and the employee will be allowed to adjust two weeklies off days on other working days by coordinating with team member and the reporting manager to ensure smooth office operations.
Roles & Responsibilities
Receive and welcome guests in a professional and courteous manner
Communicate directly with customers, clients, and visitors
Answer incoming calls and transfer them to the concerned sales person or department
Maintain visitor records and front desk registers
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable
Support basic administrative tasks as required
Coordinate with team members to manage front desk coverage

Previous experience as a receptionist or front desk executive is an added advantage

Two weeklies off days can be adjusted on other days with prior coordination with Team
