As the Office Receptionist at Sirohi Home Products Private Limited, your role is pivotal in creating a positive and efficient work environment. Your key responsibilities include:
- Warm Reception: Be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, greeting them with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Visitor Assistance: Assist visitors with their inquiries and guide them to the appropriate personnel or department.
- Phone Handling: Efficiently manage incoming calls, directing them to the relevant staff members and ensuring accurate message-taking.
- Mail and Email Management: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and email correspondence.
- Office Maintenance: Ensure the reception area and common spaces are clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including data entry, appointment scheduling, and coordination of office activities.

Qualification:
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- experience in a receptionist or customer service role. (IF ANY)
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
