We are seeking a professional, friendly, and organized Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our organization. The Receptionist will manage front desk operations, greet visitors, handle incoming calls, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
Manage the front desk area to ensure a clean and organized environment
Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars as required
Provide basic information to visitors and clients
Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and photocopying
Coordinate with staff and departments to support daily operations
Maintain visitor logs and follow security procedures
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Good organizational and time management abilities
Professional appearance and attitude

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
