Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Greeting Visitors

Administrative Support

Maintaining Reception Area

: Ensure the front desk and reception area are clean, organized, and inviting for visitors.

Handling Mail and Packages

: Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages, and manage outgoing correspondence.

Managing Appointments

: Schedule and confirm appointments for staff and clients, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.

Resolving Issues

: Handle minor customer complaints and issues, escalating more complex problems to the appropriate personnel when necessary.
