As a Greeter, you will initiate the process on building a genuine relationship with the Client/Customer's by determining their needs and offering direction to appropriate employees and/or departments. The greeter is a client's first point of contact within the showroom and sets the tone for the client's experience while they are with us. Job Summary



We are looking for a professional and well-presented

Receptionist (Showroom)

for our Delhi location. The ideal candidate will manage front desk operations, coordinate with clients and vendors, handle calendars, and ensure a premium customer experience, preferably with exposure to a luxury or high-end environment.

Roles & Responsibilities



Welcome and greet guests promptly at the front office. Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and emails (internal & external). Manage calendars and schedule meetings for internal teams, vendors, and clients. Coordinate appointments and follow up with vendors and clients. Ensure reception and meeting areas are clean, organized, and presentable. Maintain availability of stationery and front office materials. Order front office supplies, monitor inventory, and maintain expense records. Support company events, meetings, and other initiatives. Coordinate with housekeeping, office boys, and general services staff to maintain service standards. Ensure cleanliness of the showroom across all floors. Coordinate with security for timely opening and closing of the showroom. Prepare and share daily sales reports, perform software data entry, and assist with monthly reports. Maintain files, records, and office documentation as per protocol.

Candidate Profile



Graduate or equivalent qualification. Minimum

3-5 years of relevant experience

in office administration or receptionist/front desk roles. Fluency in

English and Hindi is mandatory

. Proficient in

MS Office

(Word, Excel, Outlook). Good typing speed with accuracy. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Positive attitude, responsible, and team-oriented. Results-driven and flexible to change. Well-groomed and professionally dressed at all times. Experience in a

luxury brand / premium customer service environment

will be an added advantage. Knowledge of office practices, protocols, and filing procedures.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
