Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
Maintain visitor records and office registers
Manage courier, dispatch, and correspondence
Handle day-to-day office administration tasks
Maintain files, records, and documents
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams
Manage office supplies and inventory
Assist HR/Admin with attendance and basic coordination
Requirements:
Graduate or equivalent
Good communication skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email)
Well-groomed, organized, and professional
Prior receptionist/admin experience preferred
