- Warm Reception: Be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, greeting them with a warm and professional demeanor.

- Visitor Assistance: Assist visitors with their inquiries and guide them to the appropriate personnel or department.

- Phone Handling: Efficiently manage incoming calls, directing them to the relevant staff members and ensuring accurate message-taking.

- Mail and Email Management: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and email correspondence.

- Office Maintenance: Ensure the reception area and common spaces are clean, organized, and well-maintained.

- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including data entry, appointment scheduling, and coordination of office activities.

- Communication: Facilitate clear and prompt communication within the office, ensuring that messages reach the right recipients.

- Office Supplies: Manage office supplies, inventory, and orders to maintain a well-equipped workspace.

Qualifications:
