Job Profile :- Receptionist
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and Welcome Visitors: Greet clients, visitors, and employees in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage Phone Calls: Answer and direct phone calls, ensuring that all calls are handled efficiently and effectively.
- Respond to Emails: Respond to emails and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage Schedules: Coordinate and manage schedules, appointments, and bookings for employees and clients.
- Maintain Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including client information, appointments, and meeting schedules.
- Provide Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to employees, including preparing documents, making copies, and performing other tasks as needed.
- Maintain Office Environment: Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment, ensuring that all areas are tidy and well-maintained.
Experience :- 3 to 5 years
Salary :- 30 to 35k
