We are looking for a well-presented, courteous, and highly organized Receptionist to manage our front desk and provide administrative support. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, you will play a key role in creating a positive and professional impression of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
Manage and coordinate with different vendors for office supplies, housekeeping, security, pantry services, and other operational needs answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls promptly.
Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes.
Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are prepared.
Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document handling.
Provide support to HR/Administration teams as required.
Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the company.
Ensure compliance with security protocols for guests and employees.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
Prior 3 years of experience as a receptionist or Front Desk Executive is an advantage.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Professional appearance and customer-service orientation.
Key Skills:
Excellent communication (verbal and written) in English & Hindi and interpersonal skills.
