Key responsibilities

Visitor management: Greeting visitors, directing them to the correct person or department, and maintaining a secure environment by managing visitor logs and issuing badges. Communication: Answering and screening phone calls, taking messages, and redirecting inquiries to the appropriate staff members. Administrative support: Performing clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, data entry, managing office supplies and managing the housekeeping staff along with their attendance. Mail and deliveries: Receiving, sorting, and distributing incoming mail and packages, as well as preparing outgoing mail or shipments. Fees collection from the new enrolled students and maintaining the record for the same. Office organization: Maintaining a clean, tidy, and presentable reception area and restocking necessary stationery and supplies.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
