The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for students, visitors, and parents. She will handle front-desk operations, calls, walk-ins, and basic administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and handle inquiries professionally.
Manage phone calls, emails, and walk-ins.
Provide course details and guide students for counselling.
Maintain front-desk records and student inquiry data.
Schedule appointments and coordinate with staff.
Assist in daily administrative and operational tasks.
