Job Description

We are looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist to manage our front desk and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will handle incoming calls, greet visitors, and assist with basic administrative tasks while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner Answer, screen, and forward phone calls Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, courier, etc.) Maintain visitor records and manage front office security Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings Maintain office supplies and ensure reception area is tidy Provide general information to clients or guests when required

Required Skills and Qualifications:



Minimum qualification: Graduate preferred Proven experience as a receptionist or front office executive Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, etc.) Polite, confident, and professional attitude
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
