Front Office Executive
to manage reception responsibilities along with basic admin tasks and calling activities. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees at the front desk.
Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and direct them appropriately.
Offer accurate information about the company, products, services or facilities.
Schedule & confirm appointments & meetings.
Sort, distribute and manage incoming mail / couriers and maintain records of the same.
Perform calling activities for
workshop follow-ups
and customer coordination.
Support with basic
administrative tasks
like filing, documentation, scheduling & data entry and office coordination.
Maintain front office supplies and co-ordination with administrative staff for replenishment.
Ensure the reception and office area are neat, organized, and professional.
Assist management and HR team in day-to-day office operations when required.
Requirements
Education:
Graduate in any stream preferred.
Experience:
1-3 years of experience in front office/receptionist/admin roles.
Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills. (Verbal & Written)
Polite, professional and presentable ability
Proficiency with softwares like MS Office, email and scheduling tools
