Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors/clients in a professional manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Maintain visitor records and ensure front office security.
Handle daily correspondence, emails, and courier services.
Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference rooms.
Provide basic information to clients, candidates, and vendors.
Support HR/Admin team with documentation and filing.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Requirements:
Good communication skills in Hindi & English.
Presentable personality and polite behavior.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
Ability to multitask and handle work under pressure.
Prior experience as a receptionist/office coordinator will be an advantage.
