We are seeking a friendly, well-organized, and efficient
Receptionist
to be the first point of contact for our Ayurvedic clinic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for warmly welcoming patients, managing appointments, handling calls, and supporting overall clinic operations with a strong focus on hospitality and wellness.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome patients and visitors with a warm, courteous manner
Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information about services and products
Schedule and manage patient appointments using clinic software or appointment register
Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality
Collect consultation fees, issue receipts, and maintain billing records
Coordinate with doctors and therapists for smooth patient flow
Maintain cleanliness and order at the reception area
Manage inventory and order front office supplies as needed
Handle basic queries related to Ayurvedic treatments, products, and clinic policies
Follow up with patients for feedback or appointment reminders
Support administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or similar role (experience in a clinic or wellness center is a plus)
Excellent communication skills in English and local languages
Good knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with basic billing or appointment software
Customer-oriented, calm, and courteous even during busy hours
Basic understanding or interest in Ayurveda and wellness practices preferred
10+2 or graduate qualification.
Working Hours:
9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, 6 days a week

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?11,000.00 per month
