Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Maintain reception area cleanliness and organization
Handle stock, deliveries, and courier services
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges, etc.)
Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
Coordinate with internal departments and staff as needed
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as required
