Job Summary
We are hiring a
Receptionist cum Admin Executive (Female)
to manage the front desk and support basic administrative functions at our healthcare corporate office. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English, well-groomed, and confident, as she will represent the company to visitors and clients.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner
Manage phone calls, transfer calls, and take messages when required
Handle daily couriers, incoming/outgoing documents, and maintain registers
Maintain visitor records and coordinate basic front desk security protocols
Assist HR and Admin teams in handling office supplies, meeting room bookings, and vendor coordination
Keep the reception area neat and organized at all times
Support administrative tasks like filing, follow-ups, and internal coordination when needed
Required Skills and Qualifications
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience as a receptionist or front office/admin executive
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Presentable appearance and professional attitude
Familiar with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Able to multitask and manage time effectively
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
