Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival.
Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures smoothly.
Manage room bookings, reservations, and cancellations through phone or online portals.
Maintain guest records and update the reservation system accurately.
Respond promptly to guest queries, calls, and emails with professionalism.
Coordinate with housekeeping, kitchen, and other departments for guest needs.
Handle payments, invoices, and maintain a proper cash register.
Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable.
Assist in promoting resort facilities like the restaurant, pool, and private beach.
Handle guest complaints politely and escalate to the manager if required.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Hotel Management or related field preferred.
Prior experience as a Receptionist or Front Office Executive in a hotel or resort.
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
Pleasant personality, good grooming, and professional attitude.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, and hotel booking software).
Ability to multitask and handle pressure during peak times.
Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving ability.
