We are seeking a courteous, well-groomed, and customer-oriented
Receptionist
to manage the front desk . The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a welcoming experience while efficiently handling calls, visitors, and administrative support tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and visitors warmly and direct them to the appropriate department (Sales, Service, Insurance, etc.).
Handle incoming phone calls, answer queries, and route calls professionally.
Maintain visitor records and manage customer walk-in data.
Coordinate with Sales and Service teams to ensure smooth customer flow.
Handle appointment scheduling for sales inquiries and service visits.
Maintain front office cleanliness and presentation standards as per Hyundai guidelines.
Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document handling.
Manage courier, emails, and internal communications when required.
Ensure compliance with company policies and customer service standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate
Proven experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk Executive (automobile dealership experience preferred).
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and local language.
Pleasant personality with a customer-first attitude.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, email).
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
Experience:
0-2 years of experience in front office or customer handling roles.
Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.

Full-time
