We are looking for a pleasant and well-organized Female Receptionist to manage the front desk and handle basic administrative tasks. The candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers and should represent the company in a polite and professional manner.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Welcome and greet visitors in a courteous manner
Handle incoming and outgoing calls
Manage front desk operations and visitor records
Coordinate with internal departments for meetings and appointments
Receive and distribute mails, documents, and couriers
Maintain cleanliness and order at the reception area
Assist with basic office administration tasks
Maintain records and registers as required
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum Graduate / HSC passed
Good communication skills (English, Hindi, Gujarati preferred)
Pleasant personality and professional appearance
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, email)
Good coordination and interpersonal skills
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Freshers or candidates with receptionist/front office experience
Comfortable working from Dholka location
Female candidates only
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
