We are looking for a friendly, well-spoken, and organized

Receptionist

to be the face of our salon. You will be the first point of contact for our clients and will play a key role in ensuring their experience is smooth and enjoyable from the moment they walk in.

Responsibilities:

Greet clients with a warm, professional attitude Manage appointment bookings (walk-ins, phone calls, WhatsApp) Maintain client records and handle follow-ups Coordinate with stylists and manage schedules Handle billing and payments Keep the front desk and waiting area tidy and welcoming Inform clients about ongoing offers and services

Requirements:

Good communication skills (English, Hindi, and Bengali preferred) Basic computer and phone handling skills Pleasant personality and grooming Punctual and dependable Prior salon or front desk experience is a plus
