We are looking for a polite, organized, and customer-friendly Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, patients, and clients in a professional manner
Handle incoming and outgoing calls and direct them to the concerned department
Manage appointment scheduling and visitor records
Maintain front desk registers and basic documentation
Coordinate with staff and support daily office operations
Ensure cleanliness and proper arrangement of the reception area
Handle basic administrative tasks as assigned
Eligibility Criteria:
Education: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
Experience: Freshers or experienced candidates can apply
Good communication skills (Hindi; English preferred)
Presentable personality and polite behavior
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel)
