Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Handle inquiries and provide basic information about the company.
Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes.
Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers.
Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
Coordinate with internal departments as necessary.
Ensure office supplies for the front desk are stocked.
Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Customer service orientation and positive attitude.
