As a Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients and visitors in a medical lab setting. Your main responsibilities will include greeting and assisting customers, answering inquiries, maintaining patient records, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a smooth flow of operations in the Reception department.
Key Responsibilities:Greet customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Provide information and assistance to customers regarding lab services
Schedule appointments and manage patient records
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service standards are met
Requirements:A Bachelor's degree in any field
