We are seeking a qualified and experienced Customer Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree and at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. The primary responsibilities of the Customer Service Executive will be to handle B2B and B2C entry using Slims system and test knowledge for the department Reception. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to all clients and visitors. The salary for this position is negotiable, with a maximum of 16000 INR.
